Steps to repair your foundation:

  • Dig out the damaged area and expose the entree foundation wall down to the footings of the foundation

  • Clean the foundation wall and remove any dirt and loose concrete

  • Repair any cracks and damaged areas using new concrete

  • Install a Blueskin membrane or similar product to the foundation wall, expanding over the damaged area

  • Install a dimpled membrane on top of the Blueskin membrane

  • Replace any damaged weeping tiles or draining system at the footing of your foundation

  • Add two feet of crushed stone at the bottom of the trench

  • Install a perforated drain going from your window well down to the drainage system at the footing of your foundation

  • Surround the perforated drain with crushed stone

  • Back fill the trench

  • Install existing or new window well(s)

  • Properly grade the area to keep water away from the foundation
